Consent to receive SMS text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing or obtaining any goods or services from Empower Healthcare LLC. You may opt out at any time without affecting your eligibility for funding or other services.
SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or device compatibility problems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Saint Louis, Missouri, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
